Summary
The Fourth Hokage's body was never found, but they never suspected that was because he hadn't died.
Minato Namikaze wakes up six years after the devastating Kyuubi attack, alone in an overgrown clearing with not a scratch on him. Disoriented and confused, he does exactly what any father would do in this situation. He fights through the pain, gets up, and goes to find his son. He trudges through the pounding in his head and forces himself to move-- to go and find him, because that masked man was still out there, and Minato is willing to do anything to protect his little ball of sunshine.
Needless to say, the blonde kage wasn't expecting so much time to have passed. Nor is he very impressed with the way the village has been treating his son all these years.

There was no record of what happens to a dragon rider who outlives it's dragon other than Viserys. There was also no record of a rider claiming a second dragon.
Lucerys Velaryon is the first in known history to claim a second dragon. A sweet boy once beloved by all turned into a mad monster. Known as the second coming of Maegor the Cruel. No one can say when Lucerys Velaryon went mad.
The first possibility was with the death of his first dragon Arrax.
Others whisper that it was with the death of his brother, the honorable gentleman, loved and respected by all, Jacaerys Velaryon known by mandate of the Black Queen as Jacaerys Targaryen.
Some wonder is he was mad from the start. Not that anyone would ever dare to insult or question the Mad Prince and his mount the Black Death.
