On a dark web forum about kinks, a diverse group of petplayers formed a tight-knit community. What began as digital chat evolved into real-world meetups, eventually leading wealthy members to establish big events and later a permanent sanctuary: a private resort where this lifestyle could be lived 24/7.
Located in a fenced zone outside of town, the resort is an enclave where standard societal norms—including public decency—are set aside. The grounds feature villas and parks designed for an immersive experience. Accessibility is key; costs are scaled to income, and single pets receive discounts if they allow staff to assign them a master for their visit.
The community has specific rules regarding minors. Those under 16 require parental consent, and non-pet children must be supervised outside their villas. To maintain environmental integrity, children are only permitted to transition into the "pet" role once they have reached puberty. Within this perimeter, the community lives among like-minded individuals, free to express their kinks in a dedicated space.Series

Summary
This is a short story involving petrification of a short witch girl named Penny and a tall witch girl named Jade. While writing this, I realized I was imagining Penny looking like one of skyguyart's oc's just with orange hair, and Jade looking like a more goth version of Lilith Clawthorne from TheOwlHouse.
This fic idea was HEAVILY inspired by Nominu, so please check out their work if this fic appeals to you. I drew heavy inspiration from their stuff!
