Summary
This town feels trapped in time. Everyone knows everyone. Rumors spread fast. Nothing exciting ever happens in this dying town. Will has accepted his destiny to stay there, die there and be buried in the family cemetery up on the hill. When a new student arrives at the high school, Will starts to think that change is a good thing. Hannibal is just as strange as Will is.
