Summary
The world works as such: everyone has a soulmate that they must find before either one of them dies. If one of them dies, the other person will become stuck in a loop, starting from a specific moment in time. However, the soulmate indicator changes each time and gradually becomes harder to recognize. This will continue until they find their soulmate.
Saihara Shuichi has never shown an interest in finding his soulmate. That is, until said soulmate dies and Shuichi finds himself stuck in a time loop. In order to break out of it, he decides to search for his soulmate, finding himself becoming more and more involved with a certain supreme leader.

Blue Lock Catholic school AU?
Reo Mikage is heavily devout. Nagi Seishiro couldn't care less about Catholicism. Clearly, the two don't interact in their daily lives. They only start to talk when Archbishop Jinpachi Ego decides that Nagi needs a few lessons about the Word of God.
Tabito Karasu is just enough of an upstanding student to not get hit by a nun. Otoya Eita is the exact opposite. And yet, despite Otoya's insistence that he's straight, they end up in each other's dorm rooms a little too frequently. But now they have to show this new guy Yukimiya Kenyu around the school? Gross.
Kunigami Rensuke is outside of the drama. Just popular enough to not be publically shamed, but still painfully unaware of social statuses. Unfortunately for him, though, he happens to be close friends with Chigiri Hyoma, who's only at Saint Mary's to learn a thing or two about how "straight boys" are supposed to act.
What a series of unfortunate, blasphemous coincidences.

Nagi Seishiro never asked to be part of a story. One moment, he was just a teenage gamer buying a ridiculously cheap romance RPG. The next, he wakes up inside it, trapped in the world of a badly written light novel game where every action is controlled by an intrusive system that refuses to leave him alone.
According to the system, Nagi is supposed to play the role of the “antagonist” and win over the school’s most popular girl, Chigiri Hyoma, a girl adored by everyone around her. There’s just one problem—he isn’t interested in her at all. Not in anything that requires effort, at least.
His supposed “love rival” is Reo Mikage, the main protagonist of this world and Chigiri’s childhood friend. Reo is determined, wealthy, and completely set on protecting his fated relationship with her—meaning Nagi is constantly flagged as a threat by the system and bombarded with missions to interfere, sabotage, or compete.
