It's Courting season and Branch is vehemently against it. As he prepares to keep himself locked up in the bunker until it's over, Poppy gets it in her head that Branch needs to "learn to love again", and so designates Creek as his mentor, to prepare Branch for the suitor Poppy has in mind. Now held up in the bunker together, Branch has to see what living with a Troll completely opposite to him is like, while Creek struggles with feelings he didn't know he had all while trying to help Branch open up to new things- even though Branch has secrets that are holding him back- all in time for the Romance Festival where Branch will be expected to pick a suitor.

Please enjoy my take on this theory as we follow along with the Snack Pack, and the dark romance blossoming between Poppy and Branch. Will they ride off in to the sunset, or will they be torn asunder when they discover that there are some things even love cannot fix?
This story takes place after the events of Trolls World Tour. This is an AU that does not include the events of TrollsTopia but may utilize characters from it. It will contain scenes including consensual and non-consensual sexual actions, trauma, self harm, character death, and others. Please consider this a content warning and trigger warning. Apparently what I want to do with my adult life is write Trolls smut. Who knew.
