Summary
Danny is getting desperate for help at this point.
The GIW has been a growing problem for years now and now that he is High King, despite how young he is, the ghosts are calling for a more permanent solution. Many want war for the ghosts hurt or Ended because of the GIW and the Dr.s Fenton capturing them. The call gets louder when a wild shot with a harpoon gun damages a just be-transformed Danny's arm enough it needs to regrow completely, leaving him trapped in his ghost form to do it.
A suggestion is made to go directly to the Justice League and either ask for help or declare war if it goes wrong. Danny agrees and is given an off-handed remark about taking a hero's ghost to show them exactly how dangerous the GIW and Anti-ecto Acts are to heroes too.
