Rudo had figured he could adapt to life on the ground, until time came to get his sweet revenge on those shitheads on the sphere, and on his (adoptive) father's murderer.
That maybe, he could manage relatively well all by himself, that suppressing his own emotions and agony could get him along just fine and dandy.
However, a raging pain in his hands and arms has come to spread to his heart. And, he's not sure what to do with the overwhelming despair that's overcome him.
More pain would soothe old scars, wouldn't it?
