Summary
Izuku has Distressed Nesting Syndrome. It is when omegas hyperfixate on their nest an unhealthy amount, it is a byproduct of anxiety unique to omegas. Izuku barely gets any sleep because of it. Ironically, Izuku is an interior designer for omegas with DN. He is able to help others but not himself. His mother refers him to a clinic called Alpha Care, that helps omega based issues.
That is where Izuku meets his Alpha medical care professional, Bakugou Katsuki.

Summary

Bakugo laughed, rolling his head back like he had heard the joke of the century—Izuku wanted to punch the shit out of him.
"Touche." Vermillion eyes stared right at him after calming down from his laughter. "Ex girl, I hope."
Or: After Ochako cheats on Izuku with Bakugo for the second time... Izuku starts to grow curious as to what exactly Bakugo has that he doesn't.

Neither of them moved or spoke for several long minutes. The crickets and cicadas in the forest made a soundtrack to their awkward silence.

OR: After a trek up to the mountains to re-capture escaped prisoners, Katsuki and Izuku get hit with a quirk that makes their filthiest dreams of each other a reality. It changes the course of their lives, for the better. Or at least, it made things more interesting...
