Summary
At the age of ten, everyone was given a superpower. Only one person could have a particular superpower at a time. There is only one person in the world that can fly, one person in the world that can teleport, one person in the world with laser vision.. And the second that person dies, someone new is born with that power. Of course, that brings some issues along with that. Not everyone out of the seven billion people in the world could have a good superpower. It is way more common to find people with a power of little to no use. Augustine once met someone who could, with their power, become one degree colder. That was it.
That’s what made Augustine hate the world. Out of every power one could get.. Augustine got the power to be hated.

Augustine took what he likes to call a gap year (everyone knows he just didn't get accepted into any universities), but now he was in a good university, he had a wonderful friend group, he felt as though he was on top of the world! So when he got onto the hockey team he was indeed ECSTATIC, having everything he ever wanted was AMAZING, but he felt something that was on the tip of his tongue was missing.. He doesn't want to waste too much time on the negative thing, he knows how that ends up, so he doesn’t.
