Summary
Mark Grayson was born wrong.
He didn't cry. He didn't laugh at the right things. He didn't feel the way others did. People sensed it, in the way he stared too long, spoke too little, and always seemed to be waiting for something only he could hear.
The kids at school avoided him. Animals went missing.
Then William moved in next door.
And when someone laid a hand on William, Mark finally understood what he was made for.

Summary
Merlin has magic,” Uther’s words hit Merlin like a ton of bricks, the spirit disappearing as if it was never there.
Merlin closes his eyes, letting out the breath he’s been holding. He feels his back hit the door behind him, holding himself up against it. He doesn’t look at Arthur, just waits.
One breath, two breath, three breath. Nothing.
Merlin opens his eyes, looking up, half expecting Arthur to have disappeared to alert the guards. Arthur is staring at him, he is stock skill, breath coming out ragged and uneven. He looks crushed and not just from expelling his father’s spirit but that must also have contributed to it.
“Arthur,” Merlin tries, swallowing when his voice shakes with the anticipation of Arthur’s reaction.
“Is it true?” Arthur asks, his voice quiet but stern, he still holds the horn tightly in his grip by his side, his knuckles white with the force.
“Arthur I-“
“Yes or no, Merlin,” Arthur interrupts, voice suddenly louder in the empty corridor, he looks Merlin in the eye while he nods wordlessly before looking away, “you-you do. You would betray me? You?”

Which goes somehow worse than what one might expect for it to go. And then Arthur wakes up; and there's a black serpent coiled on his bed. And then Merlin is bursting through the doors...

Summary
Ever since Bob confessed his feelings for her, he and Yelena have been quietly, cautiously together—learning how to belong to each other while keeping their relationship hidden from the world, and even from the rest of the New Avengers for a time being.
Life settles into a rhythm: Bob continues going to therapy, Yelena carries on with her missions. But when she discovers he has been avoiding his medication, she also uncovers a truth he has told no one else: The pills don’t silence the voices in his head. The Sentry and the Void never stay idle—sometimes slipping into his body, stealing whole days from his memory. Quieter now, more neutral than before, but never gone. And if anyone else but her knew, Bob fears he’d be abandoned or locked away again.
He isn’t normal. He isn’t stable. He is fractured—and now, the other parts of him have noticed Yelena. They want her too.
And Bob asks her the question that terrifies him most: Can she love all of him? Including the worst parts of himself?
