Summary
The whole point of these fics (having got bogged down in a previous series) was that each of them would stand on its own with any relevant background explainable in one or two sentences in the notes, and with no requirement to have read any of the others to understand what was going on.
But as I've added more of them they are acquiring a kind of through story and it makes sense to [sigh] put them in a series.
