Everyone, that is, except for Shouta Aizawa who sees the quiet anxious teenager who's always writing in his notebook and gets excited about quirk analysis. The teenager who just wants to help people and doesn't care about recognition. That's why a month after the start of term, Izuku is invited to a "remedial" class after school. In actuality, it is additional training for those who want to go the path of the underground.

Izuku gripped the box tightly in his hands, a soft flush on his cheeks as he stepped over the boundary of UA's security system. The package had finally arrived; a couple of one of a kind products that he had commissioned months ago much to his embarrassment. He would blame Hitoshi for suggesting this purchase. How could he stop himself when his best friend had teased him for ages about his crush on a certain pair of heroes? And even he could admit that he had it BAD for them.
Really, it wasn't a big deal. He was an adult now, a student teacher in his final year of school before he would be joining UA next year as an official teacher of Quirk Analysis and History. He had seen the things some of the other teachers had left out by accident or even one time having walked past a cracked open door. About a week after that, All Might asked Izuku if he was aiming for the hero course at UA. The question was so sudden that Izuku nearly dropped a microwave on his toes.
The truth was, if All Might had asked him that a week ago, there would have only been one possible answer to that question. All Might had gone to UA, UA was the best, so Izuku was going to go there too, if he could. But things were a little different, now that he was going to receive All Might’s Quirk.
“No,” he said, decisively.
All Might looked caught off guard, which was a very rare expression on him. “No?” he echoed, like he couldn’t believe it.
A laugh bubbled out of Izuku’s throat. He honestly couldn’t believe it either. “No,” he repeated.

Shouta was going to beat the ever loving shit out of Yagi. He wasn’t a violent man by nature, he was undeniably not a pacifist, but he rarely resorted to physical violence without at least trying the multitude of tricks up his sleeve, namely his intimidation techniques. He was however a very protective man. Especially of his class, and even more so of his problem child. So, Shouta was going to fucking destroy All Might. What the hell had the man been thinking?
OR:
A combination of bad Inko and bad All Might leads to Shouta finding Midoriya sleeping in the library because Inko kicked him out. Shouta then pries the information of what is going on out of Midoriya and quickly sets on a war path with 1 mission: destroy All Might
