She remembers the swing, remembers auburn hair, remembers Dana growling at her like a rabid dog and quite literally going at her, and then she remembers side-stepping and a scream and then Josie and Landon were screaming at Dana for pushing Hope off the balcony and killing her.
(She hadn’t like, killed Hope. But Hope was pretty broken, turns out. Arms, legs, a split lip, bruised ribs — the whole shebang.)
Frankly, it all gets kind of blurry.
or, Hope is hurt. Lizzie's punishment is taking care of her even though this is so not her fault.

Summary
Yolanda stands back up, flipping over the test without hesitation. She freezes when she sees reads the result, staring down at the piece of plastic.
"What does it say?" Trinity asks nervously, standing up when she doesn't get a reply. "Yolanda? It's negative again, right?"
Yolanda shakes her head, pushing the test over the counter closer to Trinity. "No, it's not."
The two black lines are aggressively strong, and Yolanda feels as Trinity stares at it in disbelief, a mirror image of her own posture.
"Oh my god," Trinity breathes out, leaning her weight on the counter, dragging her eyes from the test up to meet Yolanda's own. "What the fuck. We're having a baby."
"Yeah, we are," she says, pulling the shorter woman in for a crushing hug, nothing filling her head except Trinity Trinity Trinity as she breathes in the green apple smell of her hair and rubs one hand over the curve of her waist.

“Scanlan, why can’t you just go yourself?” Keyleth asks, for the third time, admittedly whining a little from her perch on the edge of her bed.
“I can’t just show up without an entourage! This band has nothing on me!” Scanlan declares. “You and the rest of my people need to come to flank me, so that they know I outnumber them in support!” He takes advantage of her low height to tap her on her antlers, like she should know this already. She makes a little noise of protest.

Summary
Vex found her eyes finding Keyleth more and more these days. It's odd. For the longest time the first and only one she looked for was Vax, but it's different now. She looks for black and red in equal measure. Vex would be lying to herself if she claimed she didn't know what it was. She just wished she saw the light in Keyleth's eyes more like she used to. Wished she would smile more like she used to.
Whatever happened in the Raven Queen's Tomb changed the people she cared for most. Vax was more sure of himself and Keyleth's brow furrowed more, her eyes duller. She was still beautiful, she was always beautiful, Vex just wished she knew how to stop Keyleth from falling wherever she could see her slipping to.
OR
Keyleth's anger is more prevalent and Vex watches the woman she fell in love with struggle to find herself again amidst it. Then Keyleth is proved right and she leaves, taking Vex's heart with her and Vex let her. Vex falls in love with Keyleth over the course of their journey and she will be damned if she lets her go after everything. She won't lose the one thing in her life that has never tried to hurt her.
