Ilya knew it could be worse. He’s never met an omega in Canada. They were all killed or placed on breeding farms in the arctic circle. Maybe some third unconscionable thing he didn’t have the mental capacity to comprehend. That's why when he falls ill during the Centaur’s morning practice, he’s terrified.
Or, omegas make up less than 1% of the Canadian population and are revered. Ilya Rozanov does not know this.
