Summary
In the three years since they broke up, Neil had never looked at anyone the way he looked at Andrew. Never felt as real as he did when he was with Andrew. Never saw that unshakeable stableness that was Andrew. Or, at least, that he thought was Andrew.
While his mind kept him up longer than he wanted to, the post-run adrenaline eventually wore off and Neil fell asleep to the image of hazel-gold eyes that were no longer there.

“I don’t like the taste when we kiss,” Kevin whines again as Andrew fiddles with his lighter, leaning in closer to the blond and fingers itching to touch him. He surprisingly doesn’t smell like alcohol. At least, not as strong as he usually does on a night out.
Andrew turns and exhales the smoke out into his face, a slow grin curling his features at the spluttering coughs Kevin produces. He then stubs out the half finished cigarette on the brick behind them. “I don’t think you’ll mind much when I suck your dick.”
The boys get tipsy and frisky.
