Summary
The Front Man has always maintained the aspect of equality in the games. Everyone is equal while they play each game. Every player gets to play a fair game under the same conditions. However, he encounters a first for the games in addition to the return of Player 456, Seong Gi-hun.
Player 228, Yang Ji-won is a deaf woman who has a complicated past. She enters the games with the intention of finding a new purpose and resolving several situations she is dealt in life. She is barely getting by with the odd jobs she takes on to make ends meet. When she meets a strange man who hands her a business card, Ji-won is told to call the number on the back of it. “I cannot promise accommodation for your disability, but the choice is yours. Just know that you won’t be able to take that jingum sword with you." he said with a smirk as he picked up his suitcase and walked away.

When the Frontman decided to go into the games as Young-il, he thought his biggest obstacle would naturally be Seong Gi-hun. But where 001 is the foil to 465, 088 is the hidden wrench in his plans. He did not account for that.He did not account for her at all.
Player 088 San Nilar follows a doctrine of three: protect her brother, die here over living out there, and never turning back. Simple, unattached, and focused.
Safe to say, she did not account for 001 either, nor just how deeply he'd want to sink his hooks into her.
(Life is busy but I WILL get back to this A03 curse notwithstanding!)
