He knows that Rocky may be injured somewhere, and he knows that the man that currently lays in a hospital bed in front of him should be dead as dirt but has miraculously survived.

Through a series of events involving a dying man high on drugs and Izuku’s ability to attract trouble, he finds himself in possession of a seriously overpowered quirk known as All for One. Perhaps it was some form of divine intervention that attempted to keep him quirkless because a quirked Izuku is a terrifying force indeed.
As Izuku attempts to master this new quirk, much to the distress of all those around him, the villain All for One is forced to come up with an excuse for why he’s now effectively quirkless in this utter mess of crack.

But the reasons behind Fox's actions aren't nearly as clear-cut as they seem, and the only way to figure out the truth before it gets them both killed is for Quinlan to get far closer to Fox than he intended.
