The man pointed his mouth with his trembling fingers, cheeks all flushed and wet.
The homeowner paused and realized the stitches on his mouth. Someone sewed his mouth shut, he looked at the man, visibly sobbing and tried to express himself with his hands desperately. He's showing way more emotions than a visitor would. He looks so scared.
He could get rid of him if he turns out to be a visitor after all. He has protection.
