Summary
Toji always wanted a daughter. Naturally, the day his only daughter (Megumi) was born became one of the happiest days of Toji's life.
So of course, it's by some sort of karma that one day, his baby told him— "Daddy, I think I'm a boy."
Toji struggled with acceptance, not for any other reason than the fact that he was having a very hard time accepting that his daughter was now his...son.
It's not his fault that he became obsessed with the girl that Megumi was trying so hard to forget.
It started simple: Toji sneaking in to sniff his daughter's (son's) panties when he was picking up to do some laundry. Then he started watching Megumi in the shower… then peeking in as Megumi changed. Toji's favorite moment was the time he walked in on Megumi while Megumi had two fingers buried deep inside himself.
And then one day, Toji just gets a little too drunk.

It was something no one in their right mind would dare have when they were trying to get a position in a very traditional, very corporate company.
But that was exactly what Satoru was looking for in a department like his: the out-of-the-box thinking and occasional rule breaking needed to succeed in marketing.
While Yuuji was green to the industry, Satoru was willing to give the boy a chance at being his intern. But what he didn’t expect was just how well Yuuji would fill that role.

Summary
Megumi presented as an omega around a month before his sixteenth birthday. His father was definitely not pleased — he gave him scent blockers, then promptly disappeared. Megumi thought it'd be another one of those one or two-week disappearances, then Toji would be back drunker than ever...but it had been over three weeks, and Megumi was running out of food and worrying about the heating being turned off in the middle of winter.
On his birthday, Megumi goes over to the Itadoris. No one remembers Megumi's birthday, except his best friend Yuuji's alpha brother Sukuna, who has suddenly taken an interest in him and his well being. Maybe Megumi will be fine after all.
