Summary
"So, when are you going to talk to Reki?"
"What?"
I said," Kaoru replies slowly, "when are you going to talk to Reki?"
Kojiro looks up from the cutting board. "About what?"
"Playing dumb doesn't do you any favors."
Kojiro turns away with a huff. "Being a dick doesn't do you any, either."
Kaoru sighs. "You really haven't noticed?"
In all honesty, Kojiro has noticed that something is up with Reki. As his pack leader, anything else would be neglectful.
It's blatantly obvious that something changed when the kid presented. Kojiro's tried not to think into it, but it's hard not to considering how well acquianted he is with omegas and their… signs.
Reki changes once he presents as an omega. Kojiro feels it. Sees it. Smells it. Still, he refuses to give in to either of their instincts and wants.
Until his beta mate, Kaoru, finally has had enough.

At the sound of Kojiro’s voice, Reki’s eyes fly open and he quickly moves to close his legs, his heart beating so hard he can hear it in his ears.
“Oh fuck, I didn’t hear you come in,” Reki gasps, sitting up and fumbling with the bedsheets in an attempt to hide himself.
When Kojiro walks in on Reki enjoying some time alone, it's only fair that Reki puts on a show for him.
