Summary
I’ve told myself to think like Jinx more times than I can count, but there’s always an error to be made, a snag to stumble upon. No matter—Jinx has two brains for the both of us, mine being strictly ornamental.
All Ariel Buckley wants is a cracking set of robes, the peaceful life of a wizard bachelor, and the occasional glass of firewhiskey. Topping, isn’t it?
But with Aunt Clara’s social scheming, cousin Nathaniel’s lovesick antics, and a string of rummy magical mishaps, Ariel’s plans are upended with alarming regularity. Thankfully, his house-elf Jinx (unflappable, frightfully clever, and prone to quoting Shakespeare at the most inconvenient moments) is always on hand to set things right.
A short story collection of 1920s Wizarding chaos, social muddles, and improbable rescues.
Inspired by P. G. Wodehouse’s Jeeves and Wooster stories.

Summary
Eda knew she had too many damn kids in her house.
Not because they were loud, although they were. Not because they ate her whole pantry, but King alone could demolish an entire week’s worth of groceries in a night if left unsupervised, so what really was the difference? Not even because every flat surface in the Owl House was now covered in somebody else’s junk: Amity’s books, Luz’s journals, Hunter’s abandoned sewing projects, Willow’s plants creeping where plants absolutely should not creep.
No, she knew it because the house sounded different at night now, and she couldn’t get any uninterrupted sleep.
Or, how Viney and Hunter became Eda's second set of twins through a lot of fevers and sleepless nights.
