Summary
During a hot summer at the Xavier Institute, Peter wakes up and spends the day as he normally does: prepping the school for the return of the students, spending quality time with his teammates, delaying telling Erik that they’re related, and going on a mission to rescue mutants from an experimental government facility. Unlike any other day however, he makes an error in judgment that results in him dying a horrible death.
The next morning, he wakes up to find that none of that has happened, and he’s reliving the very same day all over again.
And again.

“Peter?”
The boy -because he would always be that extraordinary, mischievous, quick-witted boy from the Pentagon to him- turned to face Erik with a bright smile.
“Magnets!” Peter greeted as he lifted the goggles from his face. “Long time no see, huh?”
“Indeed,” Erik said as he finally stopped before the boy, taking in his familiar yet aged features with a new appreciation. They hadn’t had a chance to speak after the whole situation with En Sabah Nur, but it was nice to see that the talented young teen from all those years ago had found a place that appreciated his gifts in the X-Men.
After giving a nod of reassurance to the wary mutants still standing around them, Erik waited until they all dispersed before asking the boy curtly “So, to what do we owe the pleasure?”
Peter’s eyes widened just a fraction in alarm. “The Professor didn’t tell you?”
“No. Feel free to enlighten me.”
Letting out a sigh, Peter shook off the panic with a sheepish smile and announced, “I’m your new liaison, congratulations!”

Or, Peter is assigned as Genosha's official government liasion, and turns Erik's house into a home.

Summary
A collection of slice-of-life fics that take place in my canon divergent x men au that centers around dadneto, cherik, and peter maximoff! Stories include Erik and Charles getting together with Erik “settling down” and focusing his efforts on Genosha (aka Erik finally being happy)Erik and Peter’s shenanigans as father and son, developments on Peter’s backstory, slowburn Nightsilver and .. a possible multiverse? Everything is canon compliant up until Days of Future Past but Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix don’t exist lol so Alex and Raven are perfectly okay. The AU begins 5 years after DOFP in 1988 where Peter is 18/19 but most fics are set between the late 70s and early 80s. I’ve introduced Kurt, Jean, Scott, Storm and co. early so that the story begins with Kurt, Storm, Scott, Peter and co are in their “junior” year (Peter dropped out after his freshman year and is now picking school up again as a more mature student) Because of the early introduction, it’d mean the era where Logan is introduced is now in the 90s rather than 2000s! I’m very open to receiving prompts for this series so please feel free to comment on any of the fics and I’ll see if I can write something up!
