What else could he want? He left some dark years behind him. A peaceful life or as much as hero work allows. He’s dealt with all his issues. Obviously.
When an accident at a party makes them cross paths again, they embark on a very casual affair that definitely won’t blow up in anyone’s face.
(Katsuki isn’t high maintenance. He’s perfectly capable of not catching feelings—no matter what Kiri says.)
