Summary

Shane and Ilya are champions. They are partners, and they’re in it for life. And people are starting to notice.
After being traumatically outed two years ago, Shane and Ilya's relationship and their lives have been fundamentally changed, and most days, Shane thinks that's a good thing. But sometimes, the pressure of being out, and the endless online speculation about #hollanov, and rumors running rampant through the NHL, and a new generation of rookies looking up to them, and the knowledge that everyone is relying on Shane Hollander to be perfect at all times—sometimes it's a lot.
But Shane's dealing with it. Ilya seems happier than he's ever been, and Shane just needs to get his act together to support his husband. He can do that. He needs to, and he will, if he doesn't crack under the pressure first.

Summary
While out at a club in New York to celebrate Pike and Jackie's joint bachelor/bachelorette party Shane runs into someone unexpected, Cliff Marleau. Feeling hurt and petty after having been ghosted by Ilya for the past six months Shane decides to hook up with Marleau.
Ilya is back in Russia and regrets having ghosted Shane. He thinks he will have time to fix things, to make things right, once he returns to Boston in the fall. What Ilya doesn't expect is to return only to find out Shane and Marleau are now in a relationship.

Ilya makes Shane play a new game Harris sent him called “Is It Cheating or Not?” and, against his better judgment, Shane decided to play. It goes exactly as well as you’d expect. Which is to say, somewhere between his messing around, Ilya decides to get in his car and drives across Montréal to deal with it personally...much to Hayden Pike’s absolute horror.

After the cheating game Shane and Ilya dragged him into, Hayden decides it’s finally time for revenge. During a boys’ night out with Shane, he turns the game back on Ilya with his own “is it cheating if Shane…” questions, using Ilya’s imagination against him for once.
Unfortunately for Hayden, the night spirals faster than expected, and he quickly learns there are some disasters only a husband can clean up.
