For as long as he could remember, Harry dreamt of a mother with platinum silver hair and glowing blue eyes. These dreams only happened when his relatives had been especially harsh or neglectful. Something that he occasionally deliberately provoked when he hadn’t seen her for too long. She was dead, she freely told him that when he asked during a particularly long visit after he’d got onto the roof of the school without permission. From her he learnt all about math, science, reasoning, and her own language and literature. Reluctantly, she also taught him about revenants, the great collapse, and the importance of blood.

Summary
The fight between All For One and All Might was so brutal that neither should've survived. Both were unconscious by the time help arrived. The doctor on site, paid off by the villain's web of connections, claimed that All For One was a civilian caught up as collateral damage. The business suit and a recently executed minion's wallet help sell the lie.
All For One is shuffled to a hospital in Mustafa thanks to the sheer amount of people caught up in the attack. When he wakes up, the villain remembers nothing and everyone insists he is Midoriya Hisashi.
Midoriya Hisashi's life is nowhere near as easy to put back together as his shattered skull. But at least his understandably furious wife and his sweet but skittish son are happy to have him back. Being absent for four years even if he did send them money is outright criminal, just what was he thinking?

In other words: Sensei / All For One gets brain trauma, is mistaken for Midoriya Hisashi, and is unknowingly forced to live the man's life.
