Summary
“Hey.”
Charles looks up, squinting against the sun, and focuses on the figure looming above him. It’s a bright day on the mountain, and all this damned snow is doing nobody any favors. “Arthur,” he says. “Good morning.”
“Huh? Yeah, mornin’.” Arthur tilts his head, scratches at his jaw, and tucks his chin down towards his chest. It’s a very particular mannerism, one that Charles has watched him perform countless times.

Summary
Arthur knows he's dying, can feel the unstoppable pull of it, feels the spirit appear behind him to take him along. And yet, he finds he does not want to die. There is so much that went wrong, so much he regrets and he wishes, with all his being, he could change it. Could at least ensure those that managed to get away really make it out alive.
A second chance, he asks, begs, really. Just give me the chance to save them.
The being behind him pauses and Arthur can't look away from the moment he's frozen in, staring at the dark mountainside, aching to see the sun rise just one more time.
One chance, the spirit seems to whisper, voice satin soft. Make the most of it.

Summary
It's small, but you can see the moment he decides to let it go. His hand softly falls, reclaiming its spot on your waist as he swallows around the intrusion. You continue your action, all the way until the beginnings of your palm hit his teeth. Driver shakily breaths, his Adam's Apple bobbing in his throat.
"Suck." There's but a moment before he obliges, glancing down with his eyes lidding. You reward him with a little drag of your hips, heavy and with goosebumps ringing across your skin as he tries not to bite down. He looks perfect, like he belongs here: pushed underneath you, pants tight and cheeks flushed in his 1973 Chevy Malibu.

Driver always has something in his mouth. You offer a solution.

Summary
Driver would do anything you asked of him. He’d kill a man for you, he’d slit his own throat for you, he’d kneel and let you slit his throat. He’d do anything you wanted, anything at all, so when you asked to go for a drive after dinner, there was no reason he would have turned you down.
