Summary
Being a wealthy merchant meant that Jack should have been able to solve any problem by throwing enough money at it but one day his Angel falls ill and is dying, no number of doctors or their so-called solutions could make her better. In one last desperate act to save her life Jack makes a deal with a demon.

Summary
Set after Rhys and Fiona reach out for what they think is the treasure of a lifetime in the Vault of the Traveler, our two heroes instead find themselves separated from their friends. How will they get home? And how will they even figure out where they are in the first place? Meanwhile Sasha and Vaughn search for their lost companions - and face a few trials of their own.
All relationships are implied unless they are canonically confirmed. I wrote this as part of the Borderlands Big Bang of 2017. Enjoy!

Summary
It was never supposed to come to this; the Somerset cartel hires only the best, and Timothy Lawrence is the best art thief around-- only it looks like Interpol Agent Wilhelm Sauer might be the tiniest bit better. Now Timothy faces a choice - a lifetime in jail, or a commuted sentence if he turns on the cartel and helps bring in his boss.
The only catch is - he has to work with the agent who brought him in.
Wilhelm did not see this coming; but when has that ever been true about Timothy Lawrence? The thief is slippery, can't be trusted. Shouldn't be trusted. They'll work together, bring in Somerset, and that'll be the end of it.
That's the plan, anyway.
