Summary
Atsushi asked Chuuya to teach him to fight, so herein Dazai and Chuuya - let’s be honest, mostly Chuuya - mentor first Atsushi, and then Akutagawa. Atsushi’s needs are straightforward - combat training. Akutagawa’s needs are more complicated. But hey, it’s Chuuya, so both are successful. Even if Chuuya needs a drink afterward.
Excerpt from Atsushi’s training:
“I said I won’t kill you,” Chuuya said, launching himself into another flying kick. Atsushi dived out of the way just in time.
“I said I’d just break your bones,” Chuuya continued. He snarled, “So you better start fucking taking me seriously.” He launched himself again, gloved fists flying.
Excerpt from Akutagawa’s training:
Akutagawa turned aside briefly to give him some privacy as he changed. When he heard Chuuya kneel and begin stuffing the workout clothes into the bag, Akutagawa turned back to him.
“Why are you training the weretiger?” he asked dangerously.
Chuuya looked up at him. “Because he asked me to,” he responded coolly. Here we go, he thought.
