Tim Drake overheard Jason Wayne’s true feelings for him at a grand ball. The older, more influential alpha had dismissed him as a bore—unlovable, unworthy of attention, and other cruel insults. Tim's is de-aged to a toddler. Jason's pretty sure the kid was seventeen when he went to sleep last night. At first he freaks out, then he realizes he's pretty good with kids, then, he actually likes having Tiny Tim around.
Stephanie knows something's screwy with him, she tells Dick and they decide to figure out just how Jason came about to owning a toddler - it's not like he's Dick Grayson or anything. They're shocked to see him with a child they don't know, until they find out who it is, they're still shocked.
And it turns out Jason doesn't really want Tim to grow up after all.
