Summary

Hermione Granger finds a sealed file on Draco Malfoy: Object M-17. According to the records, the Ministry did not simply imprison dangerous former Death Eaters. It corrected them — through pain, runes under the skin, erased memories, obedience protocols, and carefully designed triggers.
