Summary
A country consumed by politics was a real-life nightmare no one could escape from. The people’s voices go unheard, as if government officials had their ears peeled only beyond the border of their own kin. There was an invisible line drawn between those in power and the people they swore to protect through meaningless oaths.
The 1930s were full of unnecessary deaths and missing persons. Those who knew did not tell others, and those who did not know never asked. A long period of silence cast upon the country, so deafening that not even the screams of agony were audible.
Until one journalist changed the people’s fates. A journalist who was so skilled at moving through the shadows that they remained unnoticed by not only the government, but the people as well. They wrote articles no other journalists would have the courage to cover, then found a way to submit them and get them published in newspapers.
They went by the name Seeky, and this name would forever be attached to the feeling of hope.
