Summary
Harry likes Ginny. Hermione likes Ron. Or at least, that’s what they think.
When a love potion mishap confirms their suspicions, they decide to team up: Harry will spend more time with Ron to help nudge him toward Hermione, and Hermione will get closer to Ginny to make things easier for Harry.
But as the plan unfolds, something shifts. Harry starts to notice the way Ron laughs, the way his eyes crinkle when he’s being sarcastic. Hermione, meanwhile, finds herself drawn to Ginny in ways she never expected, but also can’t ignore.

Summary
Harry gets hit by a killing curse and instead of dying travels to a different reality where he is the bratty husband of the Minister of Magic Tom Riddle. Harry realizes that his husband actually hates him and can barely tolerate his scandalous and petty behaviour and married him only for political connections with the Potter family. That's all good since he doesn't like Riddle either. Tom, on the other hand, is confused by his pureblood husband's new and strange behaviour.

A long, pregnant pause lingers between them, wherein a small eternity passes before him in a handful of seconds. There's a wrench in his chest, where his heart should be, shattering to pieces. He might choke on it, the blood he knows should be slicking his throat and suffocating him. All very poetic, he decides, and fitting, for the end. Geralt is still looking at him, snarling, tension rolling off him in waves, teetering there on the edge of the cliff, and he makes his decision.
"Have it your way, then, Geralt."
Yellow eyes, furious and, if he should let himself indulge, afraid, are the last thing he sees as he takes a step back towards the edge and then he's falling, falling, and there is nothing but blue sky and fog and the edges of the mountains rising to meet him.
(Or: Jaskier makes a different decision, that day on the mountain. It all just sort of goes to shit from there, really.)
