Summary
There is a bridge that connects the surface world to the world under water and whoever falls through the bridge could breath under water. This bridge is special and magical, making underwater a whole new world, when the rest of the year underwater is just something that happens. Mason fell through twice, within two years. The second time, he was stuck there until the bridge appeared or someone can make it appear.

Summary
There’s a few words for hobbits like Bilbo. Overcurious is by far the most common. His mother and father use it endearingly, but it is just as capable as an insult with the right tone of voice. Wight is another, meaning something like unfortunate though it has multiple definitions. Bilbo has spectacularly terrible luck and a lack of coordination to match - he can’t count how many times he’s tripped on air, bumped his shoulder on nothing, been followed about by a raven.

Summary
After a failed journey, the strings of fate and time are pulled and retwined. Instead of the lone bachelor Bilbo Baggins that began the journey to the lonely mountain all those years ago, it was now single-father Bilbo Baggins and his adventurous adoptive son Bordifax Took that get pulled along for the ride together. The more time he spends with the company, Bordifax finds he has seen the original outcome of this journey, and does his best to give everyone a little nudge in the right direction and maybe, just maybe, things will have a happier conclusion. Though, Bordifax will quickly find out the stubbornness of dwarves, and how fast they wear on wizard's patience and his own...
(This is a rewrite of 'A Little Nudge' which I had written on a different account and both have long since been deleted. If you read that one and liked it, theres some slight changes especially with names, but enjoy the rewrite. If you're new, then welcome!)
