Summary
There has been an outbreak of a virus that has killed almost the whole population of the world. In a small croft in the borderland between Scotland and England, Ruescott Melshi lives a quiet, watchful life with Jyn Erso, who he took in, and her son.
One day they come across Cassian Andor, who is simply walking, almost at the end of his tether, and they let him stay as it is dangerous to be out in the open.
The main threat are the packs of Hunters, feral humans who lived through the virus but were damaged by it and have now regressed to a state where they, as the name suggests, hunt for prey.
In this strange world, Melshi, Jyn, and Cassian have to somehow make it work and stay alive.
