She burns like the sin she was, crawling under the skin, to get inside each of them. His teammates are already under Lilith’s spell by now. She who lays herself with demons to get the power she wants. Even if it costs others their souls.
His being blown off for getting a “scratch” of a bullet wound recently when on the docks and their blowing it off, proved his point. The bullet burn left its mark in more than one place on him, just she wanted it too. Like a curse, she added to the wound she physically gave him.
A curse that said she could take him out whenever she wanted too. That no one would care.Series

Summary

He leaves the firehouse one last gift before making his departure, hoping to soften some of the hate he feels aimed his way.
When Eddie finds out, he breaks down, realizing just how badly Buck had been hurt.
