Summary
Troy isn't sure what to think. He almost never is, but especially not now. Not when it comes to Abed. For some reason, he feels like he understands Abed both completely and not at all. He can't predict their conversations the way he can with his other friends, and that scares him. Abed pulls things like do you like me? out of nowhere. Abed does things like invite someone he's just met over to his house. And Troy doesn't know what to make of it all.
----It’s the end of Troy’s junior year of high school, and he has almost everything he could ever want. Then he gets stuck doing a final project with the weird kid, who wears sci-fi t-shirts and talks about movies Troy’s never heard of.
