It was not a plan. Eddie resents the implication. He took steps, made some choices, sure, which led him to a certain outcome, but it was not a plan. When he went to the website, added the items to his cart, put in his credit card information and his address, when he waited for the package to arrive and when it did, ran to his bedroom to carefully unbox them, he didn't have an end goal. He just—he had an urge, an urge that he followed to now, to Buck's bathroom, sweating through his t-shirt and trying to cool the burning flush in his cheeks.
He looks at himself in the mirror, splashes his face with cold water, shakes out his hands to dispel the nerves and the heat flooding his body. He fidgets in place, moves his hips, and he feels the silicone shifting inside of him. The thrill of it makes his heart race and his dick stir in the confines of his sweats.
It's not a plan.

Without looking, he can feel the tent that has formed in his pants. He has to take his mind away from these thoughts before Buck acknowledges him.
“Oh, hi Eddie! Didn’t see you there.”
During Eddie’s spiral Buck has seemingly turned around. There’s a towel in his hands to dry off the excess water from the dishes and he’s got a big smile on his face. The collar is still there, obviously. But now Eddie can see the front of it. The way the clasp is snug around Buck’s throat, the way it moves as he breathes.
OR
Buck scrolls the internet and finds an 'ADHD hack' which consists of tying yourself to the task at hand. He buys a collar and a leash and utilizes it for every task. Until.. Eddie finds him doing the dishes like that, gets a boner and promptly fucks his throat about it.

She scrolls through an embarrassingly sparse message history to find a text from 2019, and mouths a quiet thanks to the cloud for saving it. She messily scribbles the address '4995 South Bedford Street' onto a post-it, recalling a house she last saw for her sister-in-law’s funeral. She guesses that she's no longer welcome in Houston, after her graduation ceremony and the cold shoulders that came with it. El Paso certainly has nothing to offer beyond disappointed sighs and disapproving glares from her parents. And so she gets in her tiny, wheezing silver Nissan and heads west toward Los Angeles.
Or; Adriana Diaz arrives at Eddie's door one summer afternoon and finds her brother co-parenting two children with his best friend. She flounders around in search of purpose, friends, and maybe some way to save her brother from his own obliviousness.
