Summary
Sitting on his shoulder is one thing, but when Rouge sets her hand on his metal head after a successful demolition of an Eggman base as an experiment one day, he melts. Not literally, but how you would expect any sentient being to react to head rubs, organic or otherwise. His shoulders droop, his head lowers slightly, and his body slumps forward. Rouge had never seen him relax like this before. He enjoys being angry and violent, so to see him exhibit docility is something she knew she couldn't take lightly.
(Set before Shadow comes back and apologizes to his friends for being so distant.
TLDR Rouge and Omega find comfort in each other's company.)
