He covers his mouth with his arm and holy shit he felt like death was making him swallow knives. He takes a second to compose himself and a shaky breath before continuing. “—insensitive, you twat.”

    Tommy Innit gets sick with a foster family who seems to be really concerned about his health. Weird.
