Dismas smirks before finally stopping himself right in front of the crusader. The only thing separating him from the holy man were the bars that made up his metal prison. Dismas leans his arms against them, his body relaxing easily, feeling the surge of playful giddiness fill his chest. And it shows in how he practically purrs out the next words.
“Hmm, tell me then, your holiness. What would you have me do?"

Sleep will not come as easily and so I bury my face against the rough bedding, taking in the scent as my loins throb. I wish for his swift return. Light, I am restless and these four walls bear witness to my depraved suffering. My heart quickens again to the anticipation of his arrival. Every being of me aches with fervor.

A week of Dismas's absence becomes a terrible nuisance. Reynauld is forced to deal with the witch's curse on his own and through unsavoury methods.

He wakes slowly at first. It’s a gradual feeling, like waking to an empty belly. A hunger. A need. It hits him right away when he tries to sit up and that ache makes itself known between his legs. Reynauld is still half awake, whining softly when that feeling strikes again. The way his body feels too warm that he kicks away the thin blankets. It's too late in the night, the sun will rise soon and he is needed on the training grounds by dawn.
And yet, sleep refuses to greet him.

Reynauld finds out he's not entirely cured of the curse back in the dungeons on that fateful day. Dismas , of course, is there to help.
