Summary
AU where Mikami and Light are almost the same age, Light 15, Mikami 16, and the Death Note doesn’t yet exist in their lives, and their lives are normal (amid all the chaos of the world around them). Mikami becomes curious about the student with the highest grades in the country, Yagami Light, and when he reads Light’s essays, he discovers they share similar ideals. The obsession begins.
