    Phillip Frond had always had a strong sense of justice. It wasn’t exactly easy to keep up with, and it certainly didn’t make him popular with his students, their parents, his coworkers… or pretty much anyone at all. He was especially unpopular among the coworkers that didn’t like or care about their jobs. At least most of them were pretty good at pretending that they cared when the students were around.

    Mr. Ambrose was the only faculty member that openly expressed his distaste for his work in front of and directly to the students. It really undermined the values he was trying to instill in his students - of hard work, honor, and having a positive attitude. Phillip generally turned the other cheek about this; he didn’t feel like getting into a fight with him. Mr. Ambrose was scary when he got mad, and he certainly didn’t need an excuse to start yelling.
