Summary
But maybe, if his teammates are really this bothered, Shane will have no choice but to face this part of him head on. He repeats his mantra. It's for the better, for me and my team. It's for the better, for me and my team. It's for the better, for me and my team.
“Whatever man,” Shane mutters.
JJ lets out a loud woo!, clapping Shane's back. “I'll send you the link! Gamechanger, I'm telling you. If it doesn't work I am willing to do suicides for hours!”
Shane chuckles, the edge of his lip tugging upwards. “I'll hold you to that.”
Shane visits a camsite in hopes of loosening up. There he stumbles upon an account named russiansweetheart81, owned by a man named Ilya.

Summary
“I was wondering if you were up for an interview?” Shane finally asks, trying not to think about how Ilya let his hand slide over his so slowly it was almost lingering when they both pulled away. Shane pulls up his notepad and pen, like showcasing your art materials when your kindergarten teacher tells you to take them out for coloring time. “I write for The Fulcrum.”
Ilya tilts his head, eyebrows furrowing slightly. “But we did not have game today.”
“Yes, uh..” Shane drops his things back down. “It's for a feature article.”
He presses his lips, taking a second before adding, “I wanted to write about you.”
Shane Hollander, a campus journalist, has to write a feature article. Enter Ilya Rozanov, an athlete so popular he was basically the face of the university.

Summary
Shane looked polite. That was the main thing with him, the very word that would pop up in your mind as soon as you meet the man.
After a run down as to how things will proceed with Ilya now having a new PR manager, which he definitely didn’t listen to, Shane offers a polite smile to the musician.
“I’m looking forward to working with you,” Shane says.
Ah. This is bad.
Ilya needs him.
Four times Ilya’s attempts in getting closer with Shane, his PR manager, were a success + the one time his win was much bigger without even intending it to be.

Summary
“Hi, sorry I am late,” Ilya says, letting out a deep sigh when he plops himself on his chair. He doesn’t immediately get to work though, still facing Shane. “Alarm did not go off, so I woke up late. Then I had to jog with Anya.”
Shane’s ears perk up at that.
Ilya continued, still panting softly. He should really catch his breath, but he seemed set on explaining himself. “We always jog together in the morning, she gets grumpy if we don’t because I always go home late—which am trying to fix.”
Anya. That’s a girl’s name, isn’t it? Ilya used ‘she’, too. And apparently, she gets grumpy when Ilya doesn’t go home immediately.
Anya’s Ilya’s girlfriend.
Maybe. Possibly.
“Trying to fix?” Shane asks.
“Yes, I think I will stop doing overtime,” Ilya nods. A smile slowly forms on his face as he continues. “She misses me a lot, and I want to come home to her as soon as possible.”
Okay, so definitely.
Shane has an embarrassing crush on his co-worker, Ilya. Unfortunately, the said co-worker already has a girlfriend he loves to flaunt. That's what Shane thinks, at least.

Summary
So to see him lose his demeanor and act like he had actual feelings? Ilya would pay hundreds of money just to see that sight, and a hundred more to be the reason why Shane snapped.
Hence why he gets such a kick out of pushing Shane’s buttons—he gets to do it so easily because they’re roommates, and it’s all for free.
But Ilya’s not laughing anymore, no.
Not when those buttons have suddenly become jammed.
Shane seems to have had enough of his roommate's messy lifestyle. Ilya, the roommate, desperately tries to show him he can change.
