kill the snitch. you've done it god knows how many times before, but of course this time you end up backed into a corner — figuratively and literally — by coyle himself. you panic, because who wouldn't?
unfortunately you say something you can't exactly take back. not with him. offering up 'anything,' even if you hadn't meant it? he's definitely going to take it.
turns out that it might not be quite what he's expecting. he's certainly not complaining, however. (and maybe you aren't either in the end.)

“Woah, why so close?” He asks, attempting to put some space between them but there’s nowhere to go from where he’s standing. He’s caged in — a wall behind him, and the monster in front of him.
He can’t deny he feels a little afraid. It’s not often he does. Or maybe it’s more so intimidation?
That and something else he’s still trying desperately to push down, stop from bubbling back up. Fuck the Entity, seriously. Not in the good way either. (Though it seems she’s content to watch other people do that right now.)
