Not really sure if I can be that prince charming, Don Quixote, he thought somberly to himself. In the middle of his lamenting he failed to hear the clicking of Ada’s heels walking right up to him.
“Kennedy!” Her voice was smooth as butter, catching Leon’s attention immediately. He lifted his head to meet her gaze, and his eyes lit up like he’d seen the moon.
Her signature red came in the form of a dark red cheongsam and stilettos, specs of gold matched her velvet eyeshadow.
Leon works up the courage to make that phone call and goes on a date with Ada.
It may be the best night he's ever had.

“Come closer, don't be shy.” She asked of him, a sinister smile curled up her lips.
When the siren faced him then, Leon’s eyes widened. His throat went dry, lowering his shotgun. She was breathtaking, the prowess in her hooded eyes enough to make him hesitate, playing mind games with him. He tried to shake himself out of his reverie but was frozen.
"Y-you..." He said in an expelled, trembling breath, mouth agape. He had to hold himself together, shaking his head. "Stay back!” Leon shouted; his teeth gritted as the siren slithered closer to him. She was dipped in crimson and silver, her scales shone under the bright skies, her lips painted red of the sailors she consumed, “I’ll shoot!”
A brave sailor sails toward the unknown to investigate a string of murders plaguing the men of his hometown. The revered hero instead finds his heart stolen by the horrors which the sea inhabits; in the form of a siren, and a beautiful young woman.

“You must be the lead,” Leon said with a small smile, sticking out his hand. “Ada.”
Even the way her name rolled off his tongue sounded good. A name that would sound better as a moan. Pretty lips that would look good between her thighs.
Bad, Ada, she scolded herself. Focus.
“Yeah.” Ada answered, just as serene. Almost protective, even, the way all her friends greeted him without any preamble.
Usually she thought that her supposed “leader of the house” status was unnecessary at times — but now, well, it made her feel empowered that Leon was singling her out since he himself knew she was the head bitch in charge running the show here.
And all Ada had to do was glance at his hand and back up at Leon, not moving her arms from where they were folded at her chest.
Leon removed his hand, letting it fall to his side.
“I’m Leon." He said.
“I already know who you are,” Ada replied dismissively, walking past him.
In which Ada decides that maybe a bodyguard following the band around wouldn't be a bad idea, until she ends up falling for him.

Most of the time Peter’s okay.
Yeah, it still hurts. Having Ned and MJ so close to him yet so far away. Seeing Happy every so often and never being able to say a word. The guilt of May’s death weighing on his shoulders.
But even though the pain never leaves, it’s usually tolerable.
He can let himself cry for a bit, then toughen up and go patrolling.And even if he lets the thugs take a few more hits at him than needed, or lets himself get in the way of a pocket knife, or takes a little too long to dodge a bullet, it’s okay.
Because at least he’s okay.Isn’t he?
