Summary
“Hey!” Izuku calls, but the man doesn’t turn around. Annoyed, Izuku reaches the man, spinning him around by the shoulder. “What happened? Why aren't you with your team?” He asks, looking the man up and down. He seems fine. The man scowls in confusion, red eyes glaring.
“Hah? The fuck you talking about,” he says, using his height to lean over Izuku. But this is all a terrible mistake on his part. Izuku is in disaster management mode, and he will take no bullshit.
“Do not speak to me like that,” he says, voice deep and low. The man flinches back in shock, but Izuku is already moving on. “Management radioing, who’s in need of assistance? Over and out.”
If this man has time to come all the way to the front and be an ass, then he has the free time to help out with any team in need, Izuku angrily reasons.
Or, Izuku is a disaster management specialist and one day accidentally mistakes Pro-Hero Ground Zero for one of his team members, thus sparking their friendship.

“And what’s with you, huh?” Katsuki teasingly replied, resting his arms on the window frame as if he didn't just climb up the balcony like it was nothing.
“I-” Izuku pursed his lips, feeling his cheeks heating up, “I can't see you if you're always grounded.”
That made Katsuki’s teasing grin stretch wider.
