Summary
At the end of their school year, Felix chose to follow the professor and join Edelgard’s army so that he could be free from his father’s influence.
Sylvain was too scared to follow him. He’s spent the last five years hating himself for it.
Now, the Imperial Army is approaching the Tailtean plains. Sylvain just hopes that Felix will be the one to kill him, because Felix will grant him a quick and easy death. And maybe because he just wants to see Felix one last time.

Felix storms into Sylvain's room like a force of nature, slamming the door behind him before announcing one of the last statements Sylvain ever thought he'd hear coming from his best friend's mouth.
In his hurry to sit up, he almost falls off the bed. Probably the least smooth thing he could do, really. “What?” he manages to ask even though his tongue suddenly feels too big for his mouth.
Sylvain is perfectly content ignoring the fact that he is in love with Felix for the rest of his life until Felix decides he wants to lose his virginity...and he wants Sylvain to be the one to help him do it.

Summary

Summary
Ferdinand had the utmost confidence that he could understand his own feelings perfectly.
