Summary
Mel had a problem, a big one. One she couldn't talk to Trinity, or Victoria, or even Samira about.
She wanted to fuck a married man, not just any married man, but the married man she saw every day.
The married man that brought her chamomile tea at 3pm when they were on shift together, the married man that left and never said goodbye. The married man who came back and promised he wouldn't leave her again.
Mel wanted to fuck her married best friend, Frank.
That, in itself, wasn't actually that big of a problem. Mel had had crushes before, worked through them, and that was that.
Mel's biggest problem was she didn't care that he was married much, or really, at all. Which made the situation a whole lot more dangerous.
-
Or, Mel gets upset that Frank doesn't immediately have an affair with her and manipulates him into itSeries

Summary
He can’t help but watch the side of her face. The set line of her brow, her lower lip tucked tightly between her teeth, the squint in her eyes. It all loosens — relaxes to elation — when she finishes, stepping back with a proud smile. Frank, unfortunately and because he wants nothing more than to bask in the glow of success, has to step further away and position himself at the computer again. Hoping to hide how tight his scrubs have suddenly gotten. He isn’t sure when he developed a kink for seeing Mel succeed at doing something, but it’s making his job (and other things) a lot harder than it should be.
How is he supposed to teach her if all he can think about is bending her over to reward her for a job well done?

Frank and Mel have an effect on each other.

Summary
“You okay?” He asks softly.
Mel swallows and nods. “Yeah. I just—” Her voice catches and she laughs under her breath. “You’re— this is—”
“New?” He offers.
“Different. Good different.” She corrects, pushing a fallen hair away from Franks forehead. “Always good with you.”
Frank presses another kiss into her lips. “Good.”
