Dick… is aware. He’s aware that he’s not doing well. He’s aware that Tim isn’t doing well. Hell, he’s aware that Alfred isn’t doing well.
What with Bruce being… well…
He’s aware.
But, as he stares at his little brother telling him that Bruce is alive, he can’t help but feel anything but relief. In fact, he feels a lot of bad feelings about it, and then very quickly adds guilt to those bad feelings since he can’t think of anything positive to say.
Because he’s aware that he’s not well. And that Tim isn’t well. And that Alfred isn’t well.
But they weren’t well before Bruce died, either.

“It's private,” Tim muttered, wanting to die.
“A private case? Or - “ Dick's eyes widened in realization. “Tim, do you keep a diary?”

Tim has become emotionally numb, focusing solely on logic. Kon showing up manages to cause him to realize he can take things one step at a time in allowing himself to feel again.
The writing is clinical and precise in exactly the way you'd expect of Tim's thoughts and incredibly well done.

Timeline's a bit different to canon but basically: Jason finds Tim after Damian cuts his line and he's severely injured. Tim doesn't call Dick or Bruce because of the Boomerang incident paired with them being so permissive of Tim's repeated almost murderer.
