“Anyway, do you have anything planned tonight?” Buck crossed his arms on his chest.
“Damn, Buckley.” Eddie said, closing his locker. “It’s not even nine in the morning, and you’re already talking about taking me on a date.” He shook his head, smiling and Buck tilted his head, frowning with a little smirk.
Maybe Buck hadn’t noticed it, but he was like sixty seven percent sure Eddie had never referred to their hanging out nights as dates before. Not that Buck minded, God no, he didn’t mind.
or, Buck and Eddie are dating, they're just the only one who don't know about it.

Summary
"Oh my god," Eddie's voice came out cracking. "Are you hard right now?"
"No." Buck spoke up almost immediately, looking up to meet Eddie's eyes and- oh, bad idea.
"You are." Eddie chuckled and Buck frowned, looking back at Eddie. Huh? "Dude, out of all the things I've ever worn," Eddie continued, opening the fridge's door to get himself a beer. "I just have to show my forearm to get you hard?" He finally said, smiling like the fact of Buck being hard was amusing.
What the hell was going on?
Or, Eddie yells at Buck and Buck gets hard about it.

"Did you even wash your hands before putting them in your mouth like that?" He asked, faking a grimace and Eddie rolled his eyes. "Hm, yummy, salty sweaty hands and whipped cream." He smiled, looking down at Eddie's hands.
For your information, Eddie had cleaned his hands before getting in the kitchen with the chef Evan Buckley.
"I told you, Buck." Eddie smirked, shrugging. "Whipped cream makes everything taste better."
Or, Buck licks whipped cream off of Eddie, Eddie licks whipped cream off of Buck. (Buck mostly licks whipped cream off of Eddie.)

Summary
Buck finds a particularly cute photo of Chris holding a baby goat, which he’s not sure Eddie has, and that is a crime. Buck needs Eddie to see this image right this second and have it in his camera roll forever.
“Eddie, touch tips?” he says mindlessly. Tapping on the share icon and opening Airdrop. No matter how much Eddie complains about technology, even he has to admit that Airdrop is a godsend function. You just have to tap the front of your phones together, and a cute photo of Chris appears. Who wouldn’t appreciate that?
Eddie chokes on his drink and splutters for a moment. Buck finds it kinda cute that even at 34 years old, Eddie can’t manage to take a simple sip. “Right now?” Eddie asks after he calms down.
“Yes, right now!” Buck hurries him along.
He holds his phone to the side where Eddie is sitting, but no tap comes.
Buck gazes up from his spot, and what he lands on is a sight for sore eyes. Or maybe the vision makes his eyes sore. He’s not really sure.
“Eddie, where the fuck are your pants?” Buck asks in a tight voice.

Summary
Eddie looked like he'd been through a war with his mattress and lost. Hair sticking up at odd angles, eyes still heavy-lidded with sleep, stubble darkening his jaw. He wore grey sweatpants slung on his hips, and a faded black t-shirt that had clearly seen better days.
What really caught his attention though, was the text on the t-shirt. Across Eddie's chest, in bold white letters: WARNING! CHOKING HAZARD, accompanied with a large downwards pointing arrow.
Pointing straight down to Eddie's crotch.

or; Eddie's wearing a pretty suggestive shirt, Buck's not faring very well.

Summary
“Dad, your hand looks like it’s covered in sh—poop.”
Buck is definitely glad he catches himself just in time, remembering he’s in the presence of a child who has taken on the definitely not annoying trait of copying random words Chris says.
“See?” Buck exclaims, pointing to Eddie but looking at Theo. “Now who’s Mr. Poop?”
Theo giggles, a beautiful sound that makes Buck’s heart squeeze.
“You’re still Mistah Poop,” Theo declares.
“But…” Buck looks around the kitchen, hoping someone will back him up. The Diaz boys are no help. He should probably kick them out for apparently siding with the toddler and not the man they’ve known for almost nine years. “He’s the one with the poop hand!”
Theo giggles again, of course—Buck just said poop. The phrase “poop hand” is probably being filed away for Theo to repeat again at the most inconvenient of times, likely when Diedra comes for a surprise visit or when Theo finally meets his parents—if that ever happens, of course.
“Yeah, he’s Mrs. Poop!”
or; A casual night of baking leads to Theo marrying Buck and Eddie, somehow. Buck is definitely normal about it and doesn't spiral for the next 36+ hours (this is a lie).

Summary
“Come on, Eddie,” Buck groans, “You may hide it well, but I know you don’t like Tommy.”
Eddie wants to open his mouth and start telling Buck he is wrong. Wants to explain that Buck has it all twisted. But, Buck doesn’t have it wrong. He has it exactly spot on.
Eddie envies Tommy. He has Buck. He has him and keeps letting him down.
All Eddie can think about in these moments is how much better Eddie could treat Buck. How Eddie could protect him better, love him better, appreciate him better. And in the dark of his room, blanketed in the cover of night: how much better he could pleasure Buck.
That last one was a recent addition to the list of things Eddie was sure he could do better than Tommy. It was one of the handful of things he kept locked in the deepest, darkest parts of his soul, only to emerge in the heat of the moment before being shoved back down in shame.
At Eddie’s silence, Buck lets out a frustrated sigh that snaps Eddie back into focus and the present situation.
5 times Tommy doesn’t show up for Buck so Eddie does instead, +1 time that Eddie made it clear to Buck that he wanted to be by his side for the rest of their lives.

Summary
Eddie's talking about Marisol, about how he should have seen it coming, about how he's tired of trying to make things work that aren't meant to work. Buck is listening, mostly, but he's also watching the way Eddie's throat moves when he swallows, the way his fingers drum restlessly against the table.
"What about you?" Eddie asks suddenly. "How's Tommy?"
Buck blinks.

or; Kim situation never happened, Eddie and Marisol break up. Buck and Eddie get a bit too drunk.
